Shipping policy

1. Scope of Application

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed in our online shop for delivery within Germany and to other European countries (excluding Switzerland). Shipping to Switzerland is currently not available.

2. Shipping Service Provider / Shipping Method

We usually ship your order with DHL.
The shipping costs and conditions are as follows:

3. Free Shipping

For deliveries within Germany, the shipping fee is waived if the total value of your order is at least €150.00.
(For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.49 will automatically be charged.)

4. Delivery Times / Processing Times

  • Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated).
  • The delivery time with DHL within Germany is usually 2–4 business days.
  • For deliveries to other European countries, delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delays due to force majeure, such as customs processing or transport disruptions, may occur and are beyond our control.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment online.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping to Switzerland is not available.
  • For all countries we ship to (Germany and EU), shipping costs must be clearly specified—phrases such as “shipping costs upon request” are not permitted.
  • References to “insured / uninsured shipping” are not allowed, as they could imply that the customer bears the shipping risk (which is not permitted in consumer contracts).

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photo(s) of the damaged goods and packaging.
  • In the event of a lost shipment, we will check the status with DHL and arrange for a replacement or refund if the shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it.

8. Validity & Amendments

This Shipping Policy applies from the date of publication and replaces all previous versions. We reserve the right to amend this policy when necessary. Any changes will be announced on this page.
